Do not prostitute thy daughter, to cause her to be a whore; lest the land fall to whoredom, and the land become full of wickedness
I don't know if the woman who wrote this article is the same Kahari who interviewed visiting Rastafarians, Sipho Mthethwa and his Empress Anna, Chaminuka House of Nyahbinghi leaders Ephraim Chinyamunzore and Ras Jabulani and myself on ZBC's A.M Zimbabwe in 1997. I remember the way she stared at Sister Anna, two women from different planets.
I just had to post it here, because as a Rastafarian working in Zimbabwe's media industry, I have always been appalled by the male-female relationships. All the while, I had assumed that it was something that ALL the women in the industry wanted- that they are too stupid and lazy to work hard so they get ahead by selling their bodies to men in positions of power. Oh, yes, us Rastafarians have our prejudices.
I just had to post it and salute this Tambu Kahari for writing it.
